Ex-Officio Member

Larry Gardner serves as an ex-officio member of the SILC. He is a program specialist for the Division of Rehabilitation Services with the Department for Rehabilitive Services.

Larry administered the Client Assistance Program and served as the director of a center for independent living. His other consumer work included serving on the board of Coalition of Texans with Disabilities. He attended Texas Tech University, where he graduated with a BBA in Finance.
