The Texas State Independent Living Council leads, promotes and advances the independent living philosophy and advocates for the rights of individuals with disabilities.
The SILC works to help expand the network of CILS and address community-based, disability-related issues throughout the state.
About The SILC Executive Director
Ms. Regina Blye is the Texas SILC's Executive Director.
She is the youngest Director of any SILC in the U.S. Regina has been
involved with the IL Movement for over 10 years.
