The process for obtaining documentation of completed continuing education credits is simple. First, attend the workshop(s) that best aligns with your profession. The conference agenda will list the date, time, and location of all CE programs featured above. At the end of the session, see the room facilitator. He or she will hand you an evaluation & personal information form to fill out. Remember to have the session facilitator initial the appropriate section of that document. Please fill that form out completely and turn it in at the registration desk. Once the form is turned in, we will arrange to provide you a Certificate of Attendance to verify the CE credit available for that session. You must obtain and completely fill out a separate form for each session you attend.
